Hearing about the benefits of Brain Balance Achievement Center ownership directly from our current franchisees is one of the best ways to learn about our business, and if it might be right for your family!
This month, we’re introducing Katie Morton, co-owner of the center in the Columbus, Ohio, area. We are proud to support Katie, her co-owner Deborah Baldrige and their team as they continue to grow in the Central Ohio region!
Q. What’s the best advice another owner or Brain Balance staffer ever gave you?
A. To focus on the kids and run an excellent program. When you take care of your families, the rest falls into place.
Q. As a Brain Balance owner, what is the best resource available to you for promoting your business?
A. The partnership we’ve established with our media buyer for radio and television advertising. The well-produced ads provided by the corporate office really fuel the amount of interest we see in online searches, social media, web site leads and phone calls.
Q. Do you feel understanding and awareness of Brain Balance is growing?
A. Yes, both locally and nationally! In Central Ohio, we’ve been able to touch so many lives and these families are constantly sharing the help their children have received with others. The more lives we impact, the more awareness continues to grow.
Q. When you look ahead to 2016 and beyond, how do you feel about your opportunity for growth?
A. More and more families need the help and hope we offer, and Brain Balance is meeting a huge need in communities to support children and families. I feel really positive about our opportunity for growth in 2016 and beyond.
Q. What is your #1 tip for other owners?
A. Keep serving families at the forefront of all you do. We don’t just help a student, we serve the entire family. That is a gift and an opportunity to treasure.
